- The pillowcase is made of two parts of non woven hypoallergenic inner fabric and an outer fabric of 100 percent closely woven, combed cotton of 233 TC percale and no shrinkage at 104-degree F
- The filling is quality high grade (7D, AA) hollowfibre filling with an all-over consistency, no lumps and anti allergy.

- Delivery Charge and Order Processing
- We process all orders 1 to 2 working days after your order has been placed.
- We offer FREE delivery anywhereon almost all products. Very few products in the Sanggol range may require a shipping charge. Please check your product description for more information.
- Delivery Tracking
- Once we post your order, we will email you to let you know that your order is on its way. We will also provide a tracking ID for your order so you can follow its journey.
- To track your item, click on the link we sent to you and entre the tracking ID as requested.
- Receipt and Signature
- All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature may be required.
- If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver your parcel.
- If your parcel remains undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider may leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
- In the event of a failure of delivery, your item may be returned to us.
- We will not take responsibility for any missed delivery due to ‘no one present’ to receive or for returned items. You will be charged the postage cost of a returned item.
- Delivery Issues

- If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is due to you or a non-collection by you from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery, even where the initial delivery was free of charge.

- there is a mistake in the delivery address that you provided.
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The product is in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund.
Where a free delivery discount has been applied to an order the refund will be of the amount paid less the product delivery cost we incurred.
How do I return?

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition - sealed and unopened in their original packaging with no signs of use or damage

Are there any charges for return?
- No, there are no charges for return, however you are responsible for the charges for the return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
