Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Charge and Order Processing
  • We process all orders 1 to 2 working days after your order has been placed.
  • We offer FREE delivery anywhere on almost all products. Very few products in the Sanggol range may require a shipping charge. Please check your product description for more information.
  1. Delivery Tracking
  • Once we post your order, we will email you to let you know that your order is on its way. We will also provide a tracking ID for your order so you can follow its journey.
  • To track your item, click on the link we sent to you and entre the tracking ID as requested.
  1. Receipt and Signature
  • All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature may be required.
  • If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver your parcel.
  • If your parcel remains undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider may leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
  • In the event of a failure of delivery, your item may be returned to us.
  • We will not take responsibility for any missed delivery due to ‘no one present’ to receive or for returned items. You will be charged the postage cost of a returned item.
  1. Delivery Issues
  • If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by responding to the order confirmation email or visiting our contact us page https://www.sanggol.co.uk/pages/contact-us
  • If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is due to you or a non-collection by you from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery, even where the initial delivery was free of charge.
